1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PayBro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Financial Disclaimer & UPI Deep Linking
PayBro is a mathematical ledger utility. PayBro is not a bank, payment intermediary, or financial institution. When settling expenses, the app generates standard NPCI UPI links (upi://pay) that open your installed UPI apps (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM). All financial transactions occur directly between banking entities; PayBro does not handle, store, or hold funds.
3. Subscriptions (RevenueCat)
Optional PayBro Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play and Apple App Store in-app billing via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your app store account settings.
4. Limitation of Liability
PayBro is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for transaction disputes among users or third-party payment application issues.
